Experience matters. So does showing up clearly, honestly, and without assuming you should simply take my word for it.

A mortgage guide who sees the whole move.
I help homeowners understand the financial transition into what comes next, especially when the decision involves an existing home, accumulated equity, family resources, or more than one workable path. I’m based in Colorado and licensed in Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Wyoming, Texas, and Ohio.

WHY HOMEOWNERSHIP MATTERS TO ME
Stability can create room for a bigger life.
I’m a sixth-generation Coloradan whose family homesteaded in Northern Colorado, and now a mom raising two daughters here. Homeownership has never felt like an abstract financial concept to me. It is part of how families create stability and build what comes next.
When my parents were starting out, they bought a home. Years later, they used its equity to purchase commercial property and grow a business that created stability for families beyond our own. I saw firsthand how one home could become the foundation for something much bigger.
That perspective is personal too. I have bought second homes, operated them as Airbnb and short-term rentals, and built a small real estate investment portfolio that produces positive cash flow. I know what those choices ask of the financing, the reserves, the calendar, and real life because I have made them too.
That shaped the way I approach mortgage lending. A home is shelter and stability first, but over time, it can also create choices you may not see yet.
My job is to organize the moving parts, explain the tradeoffs in plain language, and tell you what I think makes the most sense and why. I want you to understand the plan well enough to choose it, not just trust me because I said so.
I have been in this seat long enough to know that a technically possible loan is not automatically a good idea. I want you to see the cost today, the cost later, and what the decision asks of your actual life.

THE PART I CARRIED FORWARD
Opportunity can change more than one family’s future.
My parents owned gas and service stations in south Denver for 30 years. I stocked coolers, helped with bank deposits, squeegeed windows, and checked tire pressure. But the part that stayed with me most was how their story began: someone invested in them. A mentor believed in what they were building and gave them an opportunity.
They turned that chance into a business where employees could feel safe and valued. I learned that the best help is not a handout or an answer handed down. It is a better starting point, a clear plan, and room for someone to build from there.
A thoughtful plan protects the people, relationships, and ordinary life that exist beyond the closing table.
Not because I made the decision for you, but because the moving parts finally make sense and you feel capable of choosing.
BEYOND MORTGAGES
Give me all the...
If you appreciate any of these, we should probably be friends.
Yoga
It started as rebuilding after a car accident. Now it’s where I go to get stronger, steadier, and out of my own head.
Nature
Mountains, trees, water, sunshine. Put me outside and my whole nervous system exhales.
Chips & guacamole
Preferably with a really good margarita.
Home remodeling & decorating
Show me the room. I want to hear what you’re thinking, swap ideas, and help you see what else might be possible. I genuinely love this stuff.
